GARDEN VILLA WITH POOL

These wonderful leading model bungalows are located in lush gardens set among a coconut plantation at the resort. They are well-spaced from each other with good privacy. The villas feature an entirely privative exterior with a tropical garden, a small swimming-pool and a Fare pote'e (covered dining area).

Inside is a spacious bedroom with meticulous Polynesian decoration, made of natural materials. You also find a large en-suite bathroom with shower.  Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults & 1 child.

BEACH VILLA WITH POOL

We highly recommend this villa category if you do not want to stay overwater!

The main feature is an outdoor terrace on the beach with views of the iconic Mt. Otemanu in the distance. The terrace is furnished with lounge chairs and a covered Fare pote'e for outdoor dining. In the back of the villa is a private garden equipped with a plunge pool and another furnished deck.

Each Villa is composed of an air-conditioned bedroom, a spacious seating area facing the beach and an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden.  Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults & 1 child.

OVERWATER BUNGALOW

This is the leading category of Overwater Bungalows at the resort. These are located closest to shore with views of the resort’s beaches. All Overwater categories have the same configuration/decoration, only the location and the view change. Inside you will find a glass floor panel at the end of the bed.  

The Pearl Resort's Overwater Bungalows are spacious, bright, and have a Polynesian decoration (sculptures, tapas, exotic wood, bamboo...). The interior is composed of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom area with both a separate shower and a separate bathtub (unlike the villas on land), separate WC and an exterior private terrace with lounge chairs.

You can access to the lagoon by stairs. An exterior shower is available. Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults.

3 Overwater Bungalows are equipped with an access ramp to bungalow, wide doors and entryway, raised toilets and retractable armrests, shower with seat and retractable armrests and wide entry.

LAGOON OVERWATER BUNGALOW

The Lagoon Overwater Bungalows feature the same layout, amenities and decoration as the standard "Overwater Bungalow" category. However, these bungalows are further out on the pontoon facing the shallow turquoise waters of the lagoon. They also feature a partial view on the resort's beach.  

We love the west facing bungalows in this category for their terrific sunset views. Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults.

OTEMANU OVERWATER BUNGALOW

The Otemanu Overwater Bungalows feature the same layout, amenities and decoration as the standard and Lagoon Overwater Bungalows. But, as the name suggests, they are placed even further out on the pontoon to capture breathtaking views of Mt. Otemanu on the main island of Bora Bora.  

Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults.

POOL OVERWATER VILLA

The Pool Overwater Villas feature the same interior layout, amenities and decoration as the other Overwater categories. But, they also have the added luxury of a private plunge pool. It is hard to make yourself leave the room when you have a private pool on the deck hanging over the lagoon (the pool is 85 square feet in size).  

These 6 villas are located toward the end of the pontoons, which also adds privacy.  Maximum Occupancy is 3 adults.

ROYAL POOL BEACH VILLA

This villa is an excellent choice for families!

The Royal Pool Beach villa encompasses two Beach Villas joined together by an additional living space.  Like the Beach Villas, you have an outdoor terrace on the beach with views of the iconic Mt. Otemanu as well as the private garden equipped with a plunge pool in the back.  

Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults & 2 children.
